Service Description

Land use reports describe local zoning allowances and restrictions affecting a site's development potential under current conditions. Based on the client's vision, Zoning & Land Use Reports explain and use regulations and/or the necessary steps to create the regulatory environment that will allow the envisioned development to proceed. If the client's goals extend beyond reasonable expectations, the report will describe feasible alternatives. Base price of $250 (+$120 per additional hour)
